Excellent Stay in the Heart of the City

I enjoyed the hotel's central location because it was very close to Pavilion Mall. The staff at the concierge desk helped me a lot when I needed directions. The room was quite spacious and included many useful amenities. I also found the bathtub to be a great feature. It added comfort to my stay.

I encountered a delay during check-in, the process took about 30 minutes. It was due to only one counter operating at the time. This caused some frustration after a long journey.

The hotel location is very convenient. It is pretty close to many amenities, and there is a long walkway to a major shopping center. The water pressure from the shower head was perfect and always warm. I felt very good!

The check-in process was unnecessarily lengthy. It took almost an hour. I was eventually given different accommodations from the room I booked. The staff was nice enough but clearly poorly trained, that was not pleasant!

Inconsistent Stay and Chemical Odor

As a frequent traveler, I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The room I received initially was not the one I had booked, and it was not ready upon my arrival. The replacement room had a strong chemical odor . there was drilling noise early each morning, disturbing my sleep. The furniture appears old when compared to other hotels.

The room was a beautiful king room. The bed was very big and comfortable. The location is excellent for shopping, as Pavilion Mall is just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The gym had limited equipment. It only has three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
